It's hard when our people are busy at work, to make dinner quick and easy requiring a precise idea especially for the family menu. A healthy meal needs while we sleep because it makes us more refreshed when we wake up.
Dinner meal ideas quick and easy but a little difficult this time to prescribe with potatoes, mushrooms and meat.

Potatoes, mushrooms and meat recipe.
Ingredients :
- Potatoes, boiled in jackets - 4-5 pieces of medium size.
- 0.5 kilograms of fresh mushrooms
- Cream (non sweet) 1 package (200gr)
- Onions - 1 pc. for the main dishe and 1 pc. for salads.
- Salt, pepper
- Dried basil
- Yellow cheese - 200-300 g.
- Vegetables for the salad:
- Lettuce - 2-3 pieces
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
Boil potatoes in jackets.
Drain water and allow cooling of potatoes.
Chop a small onion. Place the butter in a skillet, add onion slices and fry until golden brown and add the fresh mushrooms.
When the fried mushrooms, pour all of this with the cream and add salt, pepper, dried basil.
You can add boiled meat.
Leave it to stew on low heat for 10 minutes.
Peel the potatoes off. Cut potatoes in 1-centimeter circle. Lay in a pan with high sides, pre-lubricated. Or, in a baking dish. Pour all of it with cream and mushrooms. And sprinkle with cheese layer.
Put in oven for 20 minutes at an average temperature.
Prepare the salad.
Cut large tomatoes and cucumbers, lettuce and a little clove. Season salad with oil.
Several pieces of wheat bread and a glass or semi-dry white wine.
Twenty minutes later to put the right amount of French fries on a plate, and dinner is ready.
Cooking time 30-40 minutes.
