Barbecued lamb on skewers - chinese style

As a busy mom who does not seem possible to formally learn how to cook or take a course outside of your empty hours. For that I give here are some recipes that you might like.

I present a wide range of recipes here for moms or anyone who likes to cook, the recipes include Chinese recipes are the Barbecued lamb on skewers.

Easily but need precision made at home, you can do with variety of ways as given below. To make this necessary precision to determine whether the meat has been cooked or not because it could make sense would be different. or the meat will taste chewy not tender.

  • 2 lb Stewing Lamb, cut in 1 1/4" cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne and
  • 4 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Hot Chili oil (or 1 tbsp Salad oil).

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate Lamb cubes for 2 hours in covered bowl. 
  2. Drain Lamb, reserving marinade for basting during barbecuing.
  3. Skewer Lamb; you should have enough for two skewers per serving. 
  4. Barbecue until browned, but still juicy. 
  5. Overcooking will dull flavors. 
  6. Serve with nang (Moslem Bread) or shao bing (baked sesame rolls).
