Hot and Spicy Lobster – Ingredients
- Boiled lobster – 3
- Chopped onion – 1
- Chinks onion – 1
- Mashed garlic flakes – 6
- Ginger -1
- Slices of tomatoes – 3
- Chopped green chillies – 4
- Chilli powder – 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander
- Oil for frying
- Salt – according to taste
How to Prepare
- Take the boiled lobster and clean it properly. Now cut them into slices.
- Put on it some turmeric powder and marinate.
- Take a pan and heat the oil.
- Over medium heat, fry the sliced lobster.
- After frying the pieces, keep them aside.
- Now take some oil again and heat it.
- Put in it some ginger, garlic and onions. Fry them until they turn brown.
- Now add the turmeric powder and chilli powder within it.
- Stir it nicely.
- To the content, add the fried maine lobster that you have kept aside along with some onions.
- Fry everything for few minutes.
- Pour some water to the content and along with it add some salt as per taste.
- Boil the lobster for about 5 to 7 minutes. Put off the flame.

Lobster meat is one of the tastiest meats I've ever tasted! It tastes like crab meat, only much more delicious! I can already imagine how tasty the lobster meat would be in this recipe. Hmmm.. =)
