Shakshuka (Egg) for Quick dinner meal ideas

When we're alone without any friends, and when the stomach is starting to feel empty and hungry, maybe we need something quick dinner meal to fill our stomachs.

But we are confused what should we cook for dinner meal ideas, do not be too worried because we can cook with easy recipes for dinner.

In general, if you have eggs in the fridge, you can easily cook a quick dinner. In Israel, this dish is called "Shakshuka". In Bulgaria, this - "Eggs in Panagyurski".

Shakshuka Eggs in Panagyurski

For dinner, you will need this recipes:
  • Onions 2-3 pc.
  • Tomatoes 1-3 pc.
  • Bulgarian Red Pepper 1 slice (large) or 2 pcs (small)
  • Hot pepper 1 pc.
  • 6 cloves of garlic.
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt, black pepper.
  • 4-6 eggs.
  • Herbs (parsley, coriander, mint, dill, basil)
How to cook Shakshuka (egg).
Cut the onion and garlic and fry in a little olive oil. Chop the remaining vegetables and add to pot along with tomato paste. Stew on low heat until almost complete evaporation of the liquid. It takes about 20-30 minutes. Then, make deepenings and pour the eggs in there. Stew into a state of readiness eggs without stirring.

Shakshuka Put on a plate. Additional Lettuce is not needed.
Preparation time - 30-40 minutes.
